Claire and Jamie have been apart for 20 years. When Claire discovers Jamie didn’t die in the battle of Culloden, she travels back in time to see him. When Claire meets up with him in his print shop, Claire quietly says, “It’s me, Claire.” Jamie faints at the sight of her.
3.) Claire chooses Jamie over Frank. Season 1, Episode 9.
In season one, Jamie says goodbye to Claire at the stone to return to a safer time. But, Claire decides to stay in the past with Jamie rather than return to the present with Frank. In a highly touching scene, Claire says, “Take me back to Lallybroch.”
